Inside the walled city are structures strengthen by time. One can visit the Fort Santiago where Jose Rizal was held prior to his execution, the Manila Cathedral which endured the horrific war in Manila during American and Japanese war. There are other sites that one can enjoy, especially the museum of Intramuros.
